The Project in He has egg on their face and his throat is a desert… A class full of peers gazes upon him with stone cold eyes. Judgement is emitted from them at such intensity, that he fears of getting burned. His team had such high hopes of success right from the beginning, but unbeknownst to him, it was a pipe dream. Panic ensues and the reality of his project sets in that he is utterly doomed. There are no saving graces for him in the classroom sadly, and he knows that his transcript will forever have an ugly mark on it. Problems will arise, be prepared before the fire begins. We wouldn’t want the project to crash and burn once we are this far. Furthermore, save everyone some time and keep personal lives to yourself. I know that brittany looks like a tramp, but sadly, I couldn’t care less. If brittany had anything pertaining to the project and the task of completing it, go ahead, but I highly doubt that. Problems are inevitably on the horizon within your group, personalities clash and different ideas might upset someone unexpectedly. We all probably have some sort of picture of who we can and can’t work with. Two big headed people will fight and too many leaders lead to a power struggle. Becoming the peacekeeper in these times could be beneficial. Taking such a role in the group encourages members to ask questions and bring up concerns in a less aggressive way. The arbiter of the group will need to be charismatic, imagine mixing people who are foreign to each other and expecting them to all get along nicely.
