Different Leadership Styles

There are three different types of leadership styles one can be considered. You have Autocratic leadership, where an individual makes all the decision making alone and does not consider what input others have (Hill, Howlett,255). This type of leadership is where the leader of the organization has a main focus on the task only and not everyone that in involved (Hill, Howlett,255). Then there is Democratic leadership, where everyone is able to have an input in the decision making process (Hill, Howlett,255). Finally, Laisse-Faire style is the last type of leadership, where the task is not a concern, the employees are the only concern in this type of leadership (Hill, Howlett,255).

I would research the schools online, look at what each school has to offer me. I would look into the degree program that I am interested in to and compare for each of the schools I was accepted too. I would compare how much each college charged for a credit hour vs what the other colleges charge. While I was doing all this I would keep an open mind and try not to just focus on that school that I was not accepted too. I would ask my parents to sit down with me while I research the schools, so they would be able to put their input in about what they felt was the better choice for me as while. When I went back to school I would set up an appointment with my high school counselor and ask for input on what school would be a good fit for me. Another step that I would take while deciding what college is the best for me is calling the counselors at the college and talking with them about what classes I would need to take in order to obtain a degree in the field I am working towards. I would pray about what school I felt God was telling me to attend. Before I made my final decision I would let my parents and school counselor know to make sure that everyone was on the same page about the best college match for
