In America there are approximately 270 million firearms possessed by civilians and only 897,000 possessed by police."The very atmosphere of firearms anywhere and everywhere are strains evil interference. Gun control is a stupid law that is going to raise crime rates because guns dont kill people do its the peoples constitutional right.
Although people think that guns are the cause of all murders its not true guns dont kill people do. There are only roughly 16,272 murders that were committed in the U.S. only 10,886 of those murders involving a gun that includes people being killed by the victim using self defence(Gun Control - Just Facts). Guns can’t technically kill people either people still have to pull the trigger to fire the gun and it can’t shoot by itself. The gun isn’t even killing people it is just making it easier but the bullets are the ones doing the most damage. The 2nd Amendment was written to possess weapons of war rifles equal to the federal standing army (Madison Federalist Paper 46). The whole intent is to prevent and resist if necessary against any dictatorial government including America’s own. And by the way a well regulated militia was one made of private citizens.
