Muslims are accused of being terrorists, violent, bashful, oppressive towards women, ignorant and uncivilized, barbaric, inferior and unable to engage in productive debate. Rigid people caught in their ancient ways that are incapable of producing a positive contribution to the changing face of humanity. Whilst some media sources and publications have tried to act with accountability in grasping the implications of such discrimination, certain specific and often anticipated sources have been vigorously incorporating the most unambiguous expressions of Islamophobia into their coverage reckoning their actions negligent, prejudicial, insightful and more directly, tremendously threatening. Christians can bomb abortion clinics and burn down black churches although they are from the same religion yet the terror that comes from those who believe it's a sin to abort an unborn child in the name of religion are not associated with being Christian extremist or shamed of their religion. Why is it that when Muslim extremist organisations murder innocent civilians the whole world should feel remorse though when the KKK is still fully operating in states we do not hear a word regarding the history of millions of innocent African Americans that have been murdered on race. In America it is illegal to advertise tabasco, yet they can advertise hatred towards religions as though it is ideal. We see the hatred that builds up on religion and those who follow the religion through the acts of extremists that claim to be practicing a religion of "peace". Although there is a majority of Muslims around the world that face difficulties, the real issue does not start within how society portrays Muslims, but rather how certain individual Muslims portray themselves to society. The wrongdoings of certain individuals, who consider themselves a practicing "Muslim" significantly form a specific image around societies view of Muslims and Islam as a whole. Committing crime in the name of Islam and terrorising others is found enormously unacceptable in Islam. This is what leads to the social and political consequences that are felt among the whole Islamic community. A religion that is yet continuously associated with war and destruction, when realistically should be associated with peace and worship. Now we ask ourselves why this religion cannot be accepted and why many people of the world are completely
