At a time when our country if cutting back on the budget and social services and we can hardly afford to keep the countries doors open to nearly one million newcomers every year. We need to provide the nesecary resources to take control of our boarders, to be able to reduce the number of immigrants we are accepting into the US. The outflow of immigrants from the US is alot smaller than the inflow of immagrants to the US. From 1995 to 1999, an average of 165,000 immigrants a year went back home on their own after residing here for at least a year. However the same number of immagrants got some kind of legal status.
