A widely debated on topic, The Law of Attraction is the concept that you attract the things that enter and leave your life. It's the idea that you ultimately are in charge of what happens in your life, both positive and negative. To understand the Law of Attraction, you first need to understand the Law of Vibration. Every single thing down to single atoms is in a state of vibration. The colors you see? What you perceive as a color is merely a vibration at a particular frequency. It's a reflection of light. Being more mindful of where your attention is going each day helps you pinpoint what exactly you are spending too much time thinking about and leaves yourself more time to be attentive towards more important matters. Many people use affirmations to begin implementing the Law of Attraction in their lives. We've always heard that saying, "Today's going to be a great day" could make it a great day, and shook it off as nonsense, but it's true. If every day you tell yourself, "Today's going to be a great day," you will notice a gradual shift in your overall attitude. If when something goes wrong you smile, that's all, just smile, you will notice a gradual shift in your overall attitude. Affirmations enhance optimism and an improved shift of focus. Start to see yourself at your end goal. While the journey is the most important part, envisioning yourself at your end goal can help draw it to you. See yourself having the A in class, see yourself being fit or muscular, and soon enough you'll notice yourself working towards it more than
