War can be understood as an armed and widespread conflict between two or more political communities. Political communities refer to a state or an area which intends to become a state (Orend, Brian, "War"). A conflict between two groups of different communities like a gang fight or a border patrol can’t be termed as a war. A War between international nations is termed as a classical war, example; World War. It has been molded by many people, though many recognize Michael Walzer as the dean of contemporary just war theorists (Orend, Brian, "War", just war theory). Many of its rules have been penned down into the current international laws governing armed conflicts, such as the United Nations Charter and The Hague and Geneva Convections. Hence, it dominates both moral and legal aspects of a war (Orend, Brian, "War", just war theory). The Just war Theory is divided into three parts: 1. jus ad bellum, it is concerned with the justice of resorting to war in the first place. 2. jus in bello, it deals with the justice of conduct within the war. 3. jus post bellum, it is related to the justice of peace agreements and the termination phase of war (Orend, Brian, "War", just war theory). To be morally correct and just with regards to getting into a war with another state, it has to fulfill each and every six criteria of jus ad belum. The state needs to have a just cause and a right intention to break into a war. It should have proper authority and a public declaration. The state needs to be in a position where breaking into a war is the last resort. It is also necessary for them to evaluate the probability of success and should have measured and analyzed the cost of initiating the war (Orend, Brian,
