The Incredibles’ Chapter… Luminous lights glinted in the eery darkness of Syndrome’s evil lair. Machines turned. Red warning lights flashed. Lurking in the unknown, the devil stood, red hair blowing in the wind like a roaring flame. He strode out of the shadows, with a menacing smirk right across his face and glared intensely at Mr. Incredible. Long blue snakes grasped Mr. Incredible as he hung from a mysterious machine, their sharp teeth piercing him every time he tried to move. A once strong, muscular body had been turned into a weak vulnerable one. Syndrome was overjoyed with his deadly plans and would stop at nothing to gain more authority over Mr.Incredible… "You sir, truly are Mr. Incredible," bellowed the patronising beast. "I was right to idolise you. I always knew you were tough, but tricking the probe by hiding under the bones of another super? Oh man! Incredible twitched in fear of his secrets being revealed; it was the last thing he wanted if he wanted to save the world. Muscles all over his body tensed. The torture of listening to Syndrome was unbearable. "And then you had to go and just ruin the ride," Syndrome cackled, his voice lengthening the pain of every word. Clearly mocking him, he continued with his lecture, "I mean Mr. Incredible calling for help - help me, help me!" The pleasure was too much for Syndrome - he couldn't resist. Twisting, winding electric currents felt like nothing anymore; Syndrome's voice was wrapping itself tightly around Mr. Incredible's wincing throat.
