This quote stresses the importance and relevancy of the internet for society today as we grow increasingly more dependent on it. As the internet continues to advance in its abilities and relevancy, it serves as both a catalyst or spark and a crutch in our everyday lives. Nowaday, online banking is practically the norm. You log into your online account to pay bills, transfer funds, or just check your balance.with the internet you don’t have to go to the bank you can just log into your account on your computer or your phone and completing your transaction from there anytime of day or night, ("4 Advantages of Online Banking | AccountNow Prepaid Cards"). Also,the Internet is making education more accessible, granting easier to study and research materials and facilitating. Especially online courses make education accessible to learners for whom it previously may have been out of reach. Online education allows students to work their own pace, own time and without coming to school. This increased level of convenience and access is a major development in education. It also helps the student to research about the history or to any types of work. For business the Internet is helping them find new customers through online advertising. Offering text and banner ads on websites as well as informational pieces, and it has also reached customers quickly and efficiently. Another way, business use internet to sell products and services. You can watch movies, listening to music, read about your favorite celebrity and play games over the internet. Video sharing sites provide fun and entertainment. Those sites such as Google Video, YouTube, includes lots of fun, interesting videos. Like funny pranks and comedy videos, in those video sharing websites shall be used a good stress relieving tool. Play online games is another great way to help you relieve your stress, such as yahoo games, Pogo and thousands of free online games for users of all ages. It can be played through your browser without having to download or install it,(“Surendran”). The graph below shows that men and women pretty much equal footing as game players. This reality means that people from every age group turn video games for their entertainment.
