Coming to Holy Cross was one of the best decisions my family and I have made. One reason I decided to come to Holy Cross was because my classmates picked on me through 6th grade and all 7th grade. Known for its family atmosphere, my parents and I knew Holy Cross was the right fit for me. Finding a school with a close student body was the most important factor when I was picking the right high school because of my experience in middle school. I definitely agree that Holy Cross’ student body and staff are both welcoming. My favorite part about coming to Holy Cross is that I enjoy coming to school every day to be with my new friends. Besides school, it is important that I can take a break from schoolwork and have fun away from school. Besides staying on top of my school work, play and watch sports. Playing sports is important to me because I can stay healthy and active. I would like to try out for the baseball team at Holy Cross. Watching sports is also important to me because this is one way my dad and I spend time together. Participating in sporting events helps me stay fit and bond with my family.

Fans of LSU baseball, LSU football, and the Chicago Cubs, my family tries to watch or attend games together. I also enjoy attending New Orleans Saints’ games with my grandmother. My uncle also offers to bring me to New Orleans Pelicans’ basketball games. We also spend time with my aunt, uncle, and cousin, Jude, who live in Huntsville, Alabama; they move around often, but they still find time to come visit us.
