In 1973, Motorola made a revolution in the technology world by producing the first prototype of a portable cellular phone. They were becoming more and more popular by the time. Eventually, nowadays more than 90% of people use so called smartphones in their everyday life. Of course, this device raised a lot of issues. The most significant one is what impacts does smartphones bring in human life, especially on health, work productivity, and social life? There is no doubt that smartphones surpass its predecessors, as now devices have a wide range of possibilities. For instance, they give an opportunity to communicate without leaving your home, surf the internet, and moreover people can use them as entertainment. However, even though smartphones seem to be useful, they still have drawbacks, such as decreasing work efficiency, making people antisocial, and negatively affecting human health.
There is a correlation between our daily use of smartphones and our health. Firstly, contacting with such a user-friendly touch screen not only improves fine motor skills, concentration, creativity and thinking skills, but also helps to spend your free time. …show more content…

For example, in pizza delivery customers can order pizza by using a special application on their devices, or most companies use social network to inform their workers about something, so you need your smartphone to be a part of this world.
