A lot of people who do not think alcohol is a problem at all and actually see it as a good thing. Many people argue that drinking beer can be good for your health and help your immune system. A person who drinks cold beer can consume vitamin B and also strengthen their immune system (Shape Magazine, 2017). Now whenever people hear this they will use it as an excuse to drink beer as much as they want and not see it as a problem. However, the same people will not realize that drinking several beers, especially all in one sitting or even night, does not get someone all of the “vitamin Bs.” It in the end will only get that person to keep wanting to drink and even gain weight from it. There are several other ways to get your vitamin b, immune system up, and be healthy other than drinking alcohol. When people start with the small amounts of drinking and thinking it is actually good for them, only results in them being more liable to getting addicted and abusing it. Like several things, it starts with getting by with the little things and incidents and in the end, ends up becoming much more than it was intended to be.
