Knowing a personal psychological type is key to achieving success in both the work environment and personal relations. One of the most accurate and meaningful personality tests was designed by Carl Jung. It allows one to accurately define their personal traits and characteristics that could greatly influence their behavior at work while also defining the emotional type that affects personal and professional relations. Therefore, by examining the results of this test I am able to identify my psychological type and analyze how it impacts my decision-making, actions and, performance in working environment. Needs work

Personality test forms the most accurate way of identifying one’s “self” and the father of this test was Carl Jung. Carl Jung came with the personality test where it is possible to quantify and isolate a person’s character that profoundly influence the behavior of a person under a working condition. Moreover, utilizing the same test, it is possible to pinpoint one’s emotional, the behavioral type that heavily affects how one relation on a personal or professional level. Moreover, even when I was against some of the order given by the superior and my colleagues raised an argument in the same direction, I never played a role concerning the discussion and I always went ahead and did as the orders demanded. Besides, am the type of a person who is not excited about going out and would rather stay indoors and work on something or do some reading. Moreover, am also not a fan of social media platforms and rarely keen on being an active user. To me, solitude is the norm of the day because it is under solitude that I feel comfortable and empowered.
