Body language is the process of communicating nonverbally through conscious or unconscious gestures and movements. Body Language tells one’s true feelings and how well your words are being received and perceived. Moreover, body language is about 93% of our message that is being communicated, and only 7% are our words. The first characteristic that a person notices when communicating a message is facial expressions. The expression on your face is what people first focus on so it 's evident that your facial expression is a definite giveaway about your true feelings. Neutral which is one where no movements have occurred, happy that indicated by a smile and crescent-shaped eyes, sad is usually display upwardly slanted eyebrows and a frown, angry the look and demeanor is unmistakable, because the eyebrows are squeezed together to form a crease, and eyelids are tight and straight, surprised which is easily identified by its widened eyes and gaping mouth, scared is characterized by widened eyes and eyebrows slanted upward, and the mouth is usually open to some degree as well, and lastly disgusted which is an emotional response of revulsion to something considered offensive or unpleasant. Learning how to control your body language is very important and making any sort of gestures can really express how a person truly feels. First, to change and shape your image you must be aware of your body language. In fact, notice how you sit, how you stand, how you use hand gestures, what you doing and why are you doing it. Then practice or seek coaching to help you work on posture, gestures, voice control, and your overall body language. Image is everything and if the person you are communicating with senses or detect pressure or distress it automatically puts you in a bad predicament and could be perceived and being dishonest and or trying to hide or cover something up. Therefore, practicing in the mirror, practicing with a spouse or friend, and visualize and practice breathing and relaxing are good techniques. These methods can be used to gain that confidence in how you control your body language and how your message is
