Intrapersonal Communication
Intrapersonal communication is essentially attempting to comprehend your own self better. When faced with problems or challenges, if you have a positive outlook. That is about figuring yourself out. We strive hard to find out what others are thinking, by their gestures, tones, body language to use it for our best interests. Doing that same thing with your own self is intrapersonal communication.
Journaling, writing in a calendar, as well as talking positively to yourself up to make a move is actually intrapersonal communication. Taking photos of every special moment of ourselves and then looking back on them years later or posting selfies to Instagram and noticing how you have changed over the years or perhaps, remembering how you felt when you shot the photos.
