Recommended: The role of humans in climate change

Nowadays, climate change is became a major global issue which are affecting our life such as global warming ,mean sea level changing and more extreme weather events etc .According to the research of Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change 2007 ,it showed that the global mean temperature rose by 0.74 °C during the hundred year period from 1906 to 2005. Between 1956 and 2005,the rising rate was 0.13°C per decade in this 50 years , nearly twice the rate in the past 100 years. Eight (2010, 2005, 2003, 2007, 2006, 2009, 2012, 2004) of the last ten years (from 2003 to 2012) rank among the 10 warmest years on record. It seems that climate change is potentially affecting our life.In fact,human activities and natural effect are the causes of climate change.Generally,most of the scientists and government agree that human activities is the main causes of climate change rather than natural causes.Therefore,this essay is going to discuss why human activities change the climate more seriously than natural effect.Afterward,I will also present some possible solution to reduce the climate change.

Greenhouse gas is a type of gas in atmosphere which absorb and emit radiation.Certain gases will block by atmosphere when escaping from the Earth and keeping the Earth warm.Therefore,this process is called Greenhouse Effect .The primary gases in the Earth are water vapour , carbon dioxide , methane , nitrous oxide and chlorofluorocarbons etc.However,human activities are changing the natural greenhouse.According to the IPCC Fourth Assessment Report issued on 2 February 2007 , it can be observed that there was a significant increase in globally averaged temperatures since the mid-20th century .One of the reason is the industrial revolution ,the develop...

In this essay i have discussed the reason of why human activity is the main cause of climate change rather than natural cause ,the effect of climate change and presented the possible solutions.Besides,the main cause of climate change is human activities such as a large amount of greenhouse gas emission and over-logging.These activities expand the greenhouse effect and rise the global temperature.Moreover,climate change affect the sea level,the amount of extreme weather event and the acidification of ocean.To solve these problem,international cooperation is the most important solution and people can also reduce the greenhouse gas by saving energy.Overall,I think the problem of climate change will be improved in the future since more and more people have rose their awareness of environment issues.
