The Bible Movie “Joseph” and Its Incredible Moral Lessons Many stories in the Bible are incredible, but one of the most incredible and important would be the story of Joseph. Being viewed by many Christian and non-Christian families, have inspired many and taught many valuable lessons along the way. One would be the fact that it teaches moral values that will most likely be carried with the viewer for the rest of their life. Faith, patience, and trust have been presented in this movie, which are some of the morals that are being taught. What makes this movie a Christian film, is not just its incredible values presented, but also the fact that it is an incredible Christian movie that is enjoyed by all who watch it. Faith, is an important part of any person’s life, not just those who are Christians. We rely on our faith to get us through any tough situation, such as when we put our faith in God, when things may seem at their worst and with our faith, we never give up. In this movie, faith is displayed in an incredible way because Joseph never gave up and he had faith in God through whatever was thrown his way. Faith is something that is not let go or broken easily. Without it, we would not have hope, and without hope, we would not be able to get past any obstacle that may be put in our way. Joseph clearly expresses this because faith is what guided him, and that faith is what guides us each in our own Christian experience and everyday life. While faith is something that is not let go of easily, some would say that faith is not something that can always be relied on. When each of us views this movie, we can always remember that no matter hard things may get, we can always trust and believe in God, just as Joseph did, because through it all he never gave up regardless of what was put in his path. Joseph Strorm is the character in the novel that has the greatest disliking toward blasphemies against his beliefs. That evening, Joseph knew his son was awake, “but was not sure whether [he] had been happy or just tired. Their are surprisingly many similarities between Joseph and Simba's stories. From the setting to the plot right down to the character traits of Joseph and Simba show many simularities. Their are still differences though, but it is entirely possible that Disney got some ideas for the plot of The Lion King from the story of Joseph as well as a few other stories from the Bible. While watching the movie, we see how the director has involved transcendence, metaphors, and striking images that the viewer is drawn to.
