Recycling helps protect the environment by saving a lot of trees. It is true that we can gain a lot of natural resources from trees like rubber, cloth and wood. Companies that need natural resources will need to cut down trees to provide us the supplies that we need. Because of recycling we can reduce the rate of the trees that are being cut down. Instead of cutting down trees we can use an alternative resources or what we know as recycled materials to provide us of what we need. We can make supplies like paper, pencils, tires that are made from recycled materials. Money shouldn’t be our priority when it comes to saving our last and only living planet. “But we don't recycle to save money, they say, we do it to save the planet. Besides our life, this planet is the greatest gift that God made for us. And our life depends on it too; humans need oxygen that is produced by plants and trees. Recycling is the practice of reusing old products to create knew ones in order to essentially “re use” them. In theory, this process is supposed to work perfectly, but because of other factors it doesn’t. The whole idea of recycling is supposed to lead, eventually, to a world where everything will be recycled and used over and over again; thus, no more mining, cutting down tress, and other jobs that require people to do some sort of labor in order to create a certain type of object. The process of recycling would in due time, end these types of labor. Recycling is not entirely a good thing because not everyone does, it requires unnecessary funds, and it takes away many jobs.
I am not a big earth first person but I do believe in recycling because I work at a local recycling center and I think recycling is a good thing. In fact I think everyone should recycle to make the earth a better place as a whole. A few good reasons why recycling is a good this is, the more people recycle, the less room is filled in landfills. Many people believe that we should not recycle anymore, but this is not the case.
