The culture of the school should be recognisable when entering the school setting, it should be at all time part of the school and daily practice of the staffs and pupils.
ETHOS
The ethos consists of values and culture that promote the characteristic of the school itself. The ethos of the school, promote the climate in which children and young people feel safe and secure. It also help to model behaviour which promotes effective learning and wellbeing within the school environment. All adults within the school should aim to create an optimistic and positive environment that holds high but reasonable expectations of every child who attend the school.
MISSION

Promotion of positive behaviour towards others regardless of their background. Staff and pupils should always show respect towards school property.
INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT It should be clearly stated to visitors that the school respect and values a range and equal opportunities, and these are part of devotion of the school towards learning environment, which make it safe and secure for learners.
COMMUNITY COHESION
Community cohesion means working together with the community. The school should have a positive relationship with the community, and together should have a common vision and sense which help the children to have more opportunities and promote their learning.
