Introduction
Tamworth Country Music Festival (TCMF) is Australia’s largest music festival and one of the top ten music festivals in the world, attracting many visitors each year (TCMF 2016). This report will examine and outline the positive and negative impacts of this event and analyse the operational management to find out whether it has achieved the goals and objectives of the event and the satisfaction of stakeholders. The two methods the principles of sustainability and the triple bottom line will be use for evaluate the successful of this festival.

TCMF 2017 Overview
The TCMF 2017 held during a 10 days period, from 20 January to 29 January 2017, is the 45th of celebration (TCMF 2016). This country music festival aims to promote the Australian Country Music in the worldwide, develop the Country Music Industry, encourage more people to know and respect for the heritage of national country music and people who create and perform it (Country Music Association of Australia 2013). As the festival is the largest music festival in Australia, it's a fasching type of event and aims to provide a unique experience for visitors, and attract more domestic and international visitors.
