To meet the current needs of the organization and the community it serves there has to be an increase in recruitment and staffing at Community Hospital. Considering an opportunity is that the needs of the community will increase with the development of the automotive business opening up, bringing in new customers as well as the health care reform greatly increasing the amount of people that will be covered in the community.
