There needs to be control on information which will need to be governance. Governance will require implantation of rules, structure of ethics, and management procedures. Linda Kloss is the founder of Kloss Strategic Advisors and former CEO of Ahima. Kloss says “To succeed, healthcare organizations, require an information governance strategy.
