Moreover, in the current environment, it is important for the authorities and nations to highlight and implement strict environmental policies in their respective countries in order to reduce the increasing environmental issues in the world.
Moreover, the paper aims to evaluate the concept of sustainable development in the current living pattern. In addition, the main focus of the study aims to analyse the current environmental policies implemented in the UK in regards of protecting their sensitive sites the further balance the nature conservancy and environmental development by means of their legal structure.
