He is like a tyrant who ruled Apple. He thought that he never made the mistakes. Even he was wrong, he thought that this is because others make him to do so. It is impossible for him to admit his fault. He always thought that he knew everything. Second, he is too pushy. He always treated his employees with the taunts and threatens. Whenever he had the creative ideas, the term “Reality Distortion Field” started to operate. He wanted all of the staffs to complete the missions by his ways. Third, he is selfish. He never cared about what other people want because he devoted to or cared only for himself. For example, for his business, he didn’t care about the cost, demands of customers, and the secular standard. Finally, he is callous. Steve Jobs and Steven Wozniak had been friends since high school, and they both were very interested in electronics. After they both dropped of school, both of them end up in a profession related to electronics. Jobs got a job at Atari, and Wozniak at HP. Wozniak had been the initial designer for the very first Apple computer. Jobs had an eye for the future and convinced Wozniak that they should sell the computer. Soon enough on April 1, 1976, Apple had begun. In the beginning people did not take Apple very seriously. In 1977 however Apple introduced the Apple II, that when the company took off. Steve developed innovations and inventions in technology that were meant to benefit the people. He wanted to make technology accessible to everyone, so he made his tech smaller and cheaper. In addition to creating technology that helps us in more ways than one, is that he also donated large sums of his own money to charities. Jobs was a very private person and never mentioned philanthropic duties in the media (which lead to many criticising him) but did in fact donate $50 million to Stanford hospitals in California and funded HIV and AIDS research.
Steve Jobs charisma mostly depends on his knowledge and understanding of the technology he is absorbed. To technology field, Jobs may not compete to his engineers, nevertheless, he, together with Wozniak, has been the founder of Apple, and they also produced the very first hardware together (Isaacson, 2012).
