He is like a tyrant who ruled Apple. He thought that he never made the mistakes. Even he was wrong, he thought that this is because others make him to do so. It is impossible for him to admit his fault. He always thought that he knew everything. Second, he is too pushy. He always treated his employees with the taunts and threatens. Whenever he had the creative ideas, the term “Reality Distortion Field” started to operate. He wanted all of the staffs to complete the missions by his ways. Third, he is selfish. He never cared about what other people want because he devoted to or cared only for himself. For example, for his business, he didn’t care about the cost, demands of customers, and the secular standard. Finally, he is callous. He didn’t know the humanity emotion, and he didn’t know how to get along with people properly. As mentioned above, these four personality traits are the reason which made Steve Jobs
