The major purpose of standardized test is to assist higher education organizations to select people of talent that suits the organizations. In another words, to get in an agreeable university, students must attend such a standardized test that create a standard, identical assessment system with the same paper. Therefore, testing is kind of an inevitable process of students’ road to colleges. Under such circumstance, the opponent of standardized testing may say this system nips the creativity of students in the bud, who will immerse themselves in rigid practice of standardized test. Nevertheless, the purpose of any testing, to select a group of people, has already set a limitation of testing and thus the standardized test among other genres of test or assessment provides a fair and objective measure of the students’ ability, and for the universities which tried to admit students.

To expand, when universities try to judge the academic performance of a students, they cannot receive different testing method from various regions and schools for the time and energy limitations.
