Fourth, social entrepreneurs are a type of innovators who focus on creating products and services that solve the social need and problems. Some social enterprise have a goal to make the world a better place.They could be non-profit or hybrid (Blank, 2011). The definition of the social entrepreneur is debatable. Some authors argued social entrepreneurs could make a profit and increase their profit, but the characters of the products should have a social intention, such as green products. On the other hand, some development institution argued the social entrepreneurs should not profit oriented. Discussion Female entrepreneurship, is one way how the capital and society deal with the changes, that need a flexibility and more interdependensi between cohort and structure (Borgatta & Montgomery, 2000, hal. 383), and break any old barriers such as age and education; and, work and family. The growth of entrepreneurs are supported by the change in using the resources, because of over-population, and the capitalist-state regime should transform their social policy, such as disbanded the health care systems, to keep the economic activities in crisis, (Mechanic & Rochefort 1996; Borgatta & Montgomery, 2000, hal. 396). It supported women to finance their family from home with their flexible time. The lucky one will be start their real small entreprise, get some financial access and controlled by themselves.
