Introduction Social disorganization is a huge advance in the clarification of the correlation between crime and delinquency as an individual to a community. This document should define Social disorganization and how it contributes to modern day criminology. It should explain the origins of social disorganization and its former continuations of the theory. Social disorganization has been a theory which had been constructed by very well-known Sociologist who each planted a part of them into the theory. This center will be designed specifically to bring the community together. A huge part of social disorganization theory is competition within residence for residential space. This community center should play a role and simulate groups or at least accommodate each group, reducing moral and biotic conflict within the community. The purpose for a community center is to support the theory of social human ecology, where it states that humans will arrange themselves through interaction with each other. The community center will have several purposes, not only will it allow people to interact with each other and build a sense of trust but, it will provide guardianship towards the community. Based on Robert J. Sampson and W. Byron Grove’s data table, they supported that the theory recognized lower class communities with less resources, were more likely to have less control of their youth and control in general to all. As people develop a deeper relationship primary networks such as family and friends become stronger in the deterrence of crime within the community. This community center won’t only provide interaction but a source of reliability and convenience within the community members. For example, a single mother who is not there to guide her children through the right path because she works in order to provide to them, her children can be dropped off at this community center where they can socially interact with others in a supervised environment rather than being out in the streets unsupervised potentially causing crime. The whole idea is to create a collective efficacy, which is a group achieving to reach a specific goal, which in this case would be to lower crime and delinquency through this
