My question Should we blame fast food restaurants for the obesity problem now a day or shouldn’t we blame them and just take individual responsibility for what we eat? Well this is the question. Why do many people think that it’s ok to just say “we are fat because we eat out?” This is not the type of way people should express themselves. People should also ask themselves why they prefer to eat out at restaurants instead of cooking for themselves. There are many reasons for people just to blame restaurants for the obesity problem, but they should also think and ask themselves if the obesity problem is their fault too. Is it our individual responsibility for what we eat? This is the question that we should ask ourselves instead of just blaming what we eat and were eat. My brother is young and full of life and if I could prevent him from having health issues I am. Now all I would have to do is just try to guide my mom on all the cooking she does and guide her the right way by not letting her cook fat greasy food. This also means to me that the fast foods are going to stop for my brother, which means no more eating out for him. My brother’s health really means a lot to me and that’s why I am going to do my best to help him out. I do wish that more fast food restaurants would serve healthier food and healthier drinks that would help the young kids and prevent them from getting any health issues. Maybe if the fast food industries would also stop giving a little toy on the kid’s meal that would make the children not really want to go eat fast food. To be honest that’s how the fast food restaurants called out the children by giving a toy in the happy meals, that’s why most children always want to eat out and they keep doing that to keep getting different kinds of toys to maybe even have the
