Should Violence In Sports Be Allowed?

Currently, there is a great debate happening about if violence in sports should be allowed or not allowed. Some people believe that violence in sports should be eliminated. Yet others believe that it should not be eliminated from games. After examining both positions, its is evident that I agree with allowing aggressive sports to continue because it allows for the athletes who do these sports to build careers as well as can be used as a outlet for someone who struggles with anger issues.

Reason one sports and the level of aggression that comes from the sports can become a healthy way for someone to get there frustrations out if they deal with anger issues. For example, sports like rugby, hockey and football are all examples of sports that include aggression and violence. In addition, I have friends who have dealt with anger issues throughout their lives and there outlet for helping deal with these issues is through sports that are aggressive because it allows them to be aggressive and get there aggression out in a controlled environment. For example, Sidney Crosby is a famous NHL player who has been skating and playing hockey since the age of 3. In addition, of his hard work and dedication to the aggressive sport he has suffered from many concussions and other injuries as a result of him playing in the NHL. However all the injuries that he has had from playing hockey has only made him more famous in the hockey world. Moreover, playing aggressive sports ultimately can put your life at risk however it can also give you opportunities to build a successful career Y well as gain fame and fortune. Thus, it can be seen that when one works hard and stays dedicated to playing the aggressive sport it can result in you building a life that you are passionate
