There is one reason why to ban fidget spinners though. They are distracting to the ones who do not need them. So in my thought ban the spinners unless the have paperwork for their learning disabilities so they can have them. But if I was sitting in class and saw a kid playing with it I would be a little distracted. Although at the same time it is helping the other kid.
Schools should not take fidget spinners away when people that have issues for focusing or anxiety need them. I agree with Melody Nelson and believe that vending machines should be banned from school campuses, because they sell unhealthy food, they cause more money to schools for hiring extra custodians, and they are affecting children learning abilities.
To chew or not to chew, that is the question. In my opinion, chewing gum should be allowed in school because it can benefit students’ mental health, it can help students in physical health, and finally, it can help them academically. Chewing gum should be permitted in school.
School cafeterias and school vending machines do not encourage the best eating habits in schools, high schools in particular. It is more convenient to serve frozen foods like pizzas and frozen lasagnas almost every day. Without realizing how those unhealthy foods are really affecting the kids performances in school and their everyday life activities, such as in physical education class.
