Objective of study :

• To analyze the awareness level of people with reference to E-Banking.
• To observe the frequency and the factors that influences the acceptance of E-Banking services.
• To determine the satisfaction level of people.
• To comprehend the problems encountered in by people while using E-Banking services(ATM, Phone banking, etc)

Need of study :
 To comprehend customer perception towards E- banking services.
 This study will help banks to customize the e-banking services , according to customer need
 To comprehend the concept of e-banking
 To get acquainted of various aspect of e-banking .

Scope of study :
• Area of study is Uttam Nagar ,New Delhi

Limitation of study:

• Time period was inadequate, so inadequate time period to collect Primary Data.
• Interacting with people was challenging for a moment
• Poor reactions because some respondents replied without understanding the question.
• Semantic problem with senior citizen while filing questionnaire, Questionnaire in English and they know Hindi it’s difficult to persuade them.

“A careful systematic, patient study and investigation in some field of knowledge undertaken to establish facts or principles.”
