You wake up at 7:10am on a Monday morning, well rested and very alert. You get out of bed, brush your teeth and scarf down some breakfast before heading for school. The walk to your school is just a flight of stairs, leading to your room. As you walk inside your room, your eyes fall towards a complex, yet comfortable looking chair, with a wire connected to a nearby outlet. You sit down casually and the headrest of the chair envelopes your head. In an instant, you are whisked away to a place very familiar to you, Tesla Stem High School. After shortly debating on what you would like to eat, you select your order by tapping on the foods you want straight from the menu. As soon as you hit the icon the read “Buy”, your menu turns into a meal. Meanwhile, you are injected with the calories of the foods that you decided to order, and because your lunch was provided from your VR system, the school lunch did not cost anything.

As the final period of the day comes to an end, you wave a goodbye to your friends and step outside of your school, to be you awakened from the inside of your VR machine; it had been a great day.

As you can already tell, virtual reality clearly made your life easier. Instead of having to wake up at six like you usually do, virtual reality allowed you to get precious hours of sleep instead of having to pinch yourself through classes and also made paying attention in class easier. Additionally, virtual reality eliminated the chances of you being late, as it allowed you to skip the long and traffic jammed roads that once lead to Stem.
