Society states we are all equal in our rights but its how are women treated equally if they want to take away a right that affects a woman for the rest of her life. Some women do not mean to get pregnant and still do a very rare instance that has happened is when a woman gets her tubes tied and they become untied and she becomes pregnant. It is possible for the woman’s tubes to grow back together and if unaware of this there is a chance you can conceive a baby. If you feel as you are no longer capable of raising this baby because of medical issues and or your age you may feel obliged to look into abortion. So, why does society frown upon women when this is done. It is her choice on who knows so if you do not know her and you do not know her story you have no right to talk bad about this woman and call her a sinner. People are rioting and having rallies about how we it needs to be illegal, but we do not know what it feels like to be put under that pressure until it happens to one of us. Babies bring light to our world and make us happy, but if that child grows up feeling unwanted, or very sick that light is crushed in us all. Abortion is a major debate in society today and has been an impassioned topic for decades. At issue is whether or not abortion should be permissible. Generally I support the idea of abortion given specific circumstances. If a woman becomes pregnant due to rape, she has no moral obligation to carry the baby to full term. It is a gross expectation for society to think a woman should give birth to a baby conceived from rape and to take care of the child as her own. An abortion is a surgical removal of a fetus. In some cases, women may not want to go through the surgical part and just want the pill or remove the child. I am not for aborting a child and I say this because a fetus is an unharmed child even if the child was brought into this world as an accident or even on purpose. For some, abortion is a touchy subject like politics and religion. In America, abortion has always been a controversial topic of discussion. The Supreme Court in the case Roe vs Wade case set the way of guidelines and the right for women to have an abortion if she chooses. In 2015 abortions is still an ongoing debate amongst religious groups, politicians and normal citizens. People that are for the rights of women to abort are often criticized and ridiculed for standing up for their personal beliefs.
