Sales management is a business discipline which is focused on the practical application of sales techniques and the management of a firm's sales operations. It is an important business function as net sales through the sale of products and services and resulting profit drive most commercial business. The sales management process monitors and measures each staff member's ability to either support sales or do the actual selling to customers. An effective sales management strategy includes setting goals, providing sales support and training, creating or updating the sales strategy, and monitoring results.
The heart of your business success lies in its marketing. Most aspects of your business depend on successful marketing. The overall marketing umbrella covers advertising, public relations, promotions and sales. Marketing is a process by which a product or service is introduced and promoted to potential customers. The salesperson’s name is Mohd Azizul, 23 years old and working in the field of sales almost 3 years but he is new worker in the Factory Mobile. He was born in Kuala Terengganu and stay in Terengganu as well. He studied at Kolej Poli-Tech MARA (KPTM) Kuala Terengganu Diploma of Technical for 3 years. He was expert in technical and that is the advantage that he has. Based on what we see when we go to their shop, he is very friendly with customers. He is also have some training before working as a salespeople. He said Factory Mobile provide the training with senior salesperson teach everything about sale to the new salesperson. This company not send their worker to the private training because of the high costs, don’t have so much time and many others
