Recently I have read a few books. Some of the books I have read include; Six Months Later by Natalie Richards as well as Returnable Girl by Pamela Lowell. The book Returnable Girl by Pamela Lowell has impacted me for reasons such as I can relate to the main character through her thoughts in addition to her feelings. Through the books I have read either by recommendation or by my own searching I have found a few authors that I favor. The authors’ names are Kiera Cass, Riche Tankersley Cusick, as well as Lauren Kate. Even as a young child, I remember seeing my sister read, so being the younger sister I wanted to read the same genres she did which was mostly fiction as well as fantasy. These are my strengths because when I am assigned an assignment with a due date I always make sure it is turned in on time. Also taking ownership of my own learning is a strength of mine, because when I do not do well on a test or assignment I always do my best to raise the grade. A weakness of mine in the soft skills category is small-group discussion, because I am not the type of person to talk to individuals easily. As of when I am not in school, I am involved in less than I would like to be. Even so, I am involved in a few activities. Outside of my school work I practice archery as well as I am involved in Concert Choir. In my free time I enjoy reading, writing, practicing music, listening to music, practicing archery, as well as running. All those listed are also the best ways for me to relax.
I in my life so far have not traveled anywhere interesting. Taking into consideration, in the summer of 2018 I will be traveling to Europe with the school my step-mom’s sister works at. All to know about me is that if I am ever called on in class I may freeze for a second as well as stutter as I have mentioned I do not talk directly to or in front of people easily.
