The employer should post and provide employees with designated telephones in the workplace and the employer should provide employees and students with a call center phone number that employees unaffiliated company service representatives who are trained specialist in business ethics.
The employees would then use the designated company telephone or dial the telephone number that was provided to them to register their complaint and to give the company representatives the precise details about the unethical issue.
If the registered complaint is a significant issue that needs immediate attention the representative can then transfer the employee to a department administrator to ensure that the administrator is made aware of the issue so that it is resolved in a timely manner.If the issues is an insignificant issues that does not require immediate attention the caller can then choose to follow up on the issue at a later date to see if it was …show more content…
