In this day and age movies, books, and movies can make a difference in people live. There are three movies that made a difference in my life. They are as follows: Remember the Titans, Everybody Hates Chris, and finally Dear White People. These movies made me think and change things in my life that I have found to be a positive. For example the first movie taught me about teamwork, the next one that there are other families like mine, and finally the last one to speak up. A show called Everybody hates Chris. This show changed the way I see thing as I was growing up. The show is based off of a family where the father works all the time the little brother is better than the older one, and the little sister gets her way all the time. This was the first show I realized was based on my life. For example, in the show he has a bully who is always picking on him. While I was in middle school that I had one person who use to bully me, but in the show eventually Chris would come to stand up and make him stop. That is what made me stand up to him and stop him from bullying me. The next example was Chris only had one friend and they were cool for the longest. I only had one friend and I thought that it was weird to only have one friend but the show showed me that it is better to have one true friend than many two-faced ones. And the final example is that I never knew why my father worked so much and that I never really saw him, but in the show his father works all the time and it helped me realize that my father works so the he can provide for me and my sister. In all this showed me that you can make your life better and that not being popular is
