In class, my teacher made me get in a group and put together a survey. On the survey we could ask any questions we wanted to, as long as it pertained to fear. Within the 2 days of passing around the survey and getting people to do the survey we ended up received many results. One specific question that shocked me when I saw the answers was“What was your fear, and why?”. Many people answered this question by saying spiders, snakes, drowning, flying, etc….. When I was reading these,I was expecting a different results more a deeper fear that has affected the way you look at that specific thing in life.

I believe that my fear is a “medium”because it is something that I can live with, but it will take time for me to fully overcome the fear because I will eventually have to face moving out, but still be scared at the fact things could go wrong. For example, I don 't exactly have to move out, but I don 't want to live in my parents house forever. When I move out, I will have to pay bills and do more things on my own that I don 't do now, but also at same time if I miss a bill or something like that goes wrong, it can end up having problems, like not having power or a phone and I don 't want to run into anything like that. She threw a ball at it trying to kill it and she missed. She slammed the door behind her and ran around my house freaking …show more content…

One cope that I like the best is that majority of the time, instead of looking at life as a whole. I start looking at things day by day by planning a day at a time, even though some plans have to be prepared further in advanced, like Halloween parties, Christmas, etc... I also will think about things that need to be done in that week, like buying accessories for the day or even thinking about where I am going to go and do for that week. Me doing this helps me out so that I make sure I go in the right direction and not worrying or looking too far ahead of myself. Looking at things day by day also helps me because when I looking at things in a big picture, I get overwhelmed and then think I am doing many things wrong. So instead, I break it down into manageable pieces so I can prevent that from happening. Staying positive as in thinking about the good that I have done in that day instead of bad, finding ways that can help me through life helps me out by relieving stress off of my back. Which in return, will make my life
