In this topic I’m going to analyze quality of life in Dubai.Dubai is one of the most developed city andit is suitable city for life, because everything is high-quality. Also in this essay I will seek to evaluate the positive and negative impacts of quality of life in Dubai, with count: population, social factors, environmental factor, economy factors.
Population
Actuallynumber of citizen in Dubai is 17% of general population. General population in Dubai is 2.106 million, hence 1.748 million(83%) people are immigrants, such as 52.2% Indian, 13.3% Pakistani, 7.5% Bangladeshi, 2.5% Filipino, 1.5% Sri Lankan, 0.3% American and 5.7% other countries. Labor is come by another type: house worker, street cleaner, builder of skyscraper and etc. Therefor as you understood here these immigrants who erected this modern miracle. Now Dubai with all beautiful, awful and not attractive buildings of developed country, and like real developed city. However if you have quality knowledge, there you can get good job, such as lawyer (minimal salary 5000 AED), teacher (minimal salary 6000 AED).
2)Citizen
Citizens in Dubai like a king. Firstly, all citizens receive part of income from any sold oil by UAE, in addition, Study in abroad is paid and etc. Obviously citizens easily earn money, and mostly they come manager. First of all, Dubai is located on desert, then in any moment can be started sandy storm or real hurricane. Actually, location on desert, is not only wind also hot weather, however only on winter temperature in Dubai are smooth and soft ,and maximal temperature is 26 degree, in other season here hell heat, between 30-50 degree. In addition, in every buildings set conditioners, but it have a disadvantages like a dropping temperature of body, which can affect harmful.
Economical factor
There in Dubai, you will pay for a lot. First of all, visa, they divided by 3 groups: Transit visa 96 hour 38$ when you by the visa to continue the travel; Tourist visa 30 day 65$ and Residential visa 3 year 4500$.
Secondly, cost of house is too different in compliance of the area and the building. For instance: flat- apartment’s cost is 200000$-500000$, Mansion and villas cost is more than 1500000$. In addition, frequently many of the road is paid, for example: to begin you buy sticker with chip “Salik-Tag” which purchase equal to 27$, each time at an enter to the road, from you removed on 1.12$, maximal removing is 7.2$ other driveway is free.
