I'm an online college instructor, navy veteran, blogger and human services professional. My professional experience spans telecommunications, government industries, and human services. I worked in fields that involved training and development, rehabilitation services and technical assistance.
I have a bachelor's degree in management studies from the University of Maryland (UMUC). I have a master's degree in human services from Capella University.

I worked for 11 years at Verizon before changing fields to education and human services. I wanted to pursue work where I could help others reach their potential.
