Prison Break on Netflix is about a man Michael Schofield (Wentworth Miller) who gets himself sent to prison to try and get his brother Lincoln Burrows (Dominic Purcell) out of prison before he gets executed for a crime that he did not commit. But what they don't know is that Michael has a plan to get him out not in his head but on his body.

The acting in Prison Break is pretty solid for each member of the cast because they bring their own side to each episode that they are in. Dominic Purcell plays Lincoln as nothing to lose so he does what he wants. If they punish him be does not care because he is going to get killed soon anyway but he has some hope left to grab. This prison was opened in 1858 and closed in 2002 because of budget cuts and because of how old the buildings were. Having used a real prison instead of creating their own is a good a thing so that they can make it as authentic as possible to the viewer. The cinematography in this show is great like when Michael gets put in his cell for the first time it zooms out slowly to a long shot, to show all of the other cells in the prison and he looks really out of place it looks like he is really regretting being there as well. Having a real prison for this show helped make that shot realistic and makes you feel like you were there standing in front of all the cells looking at them. In the show they revealed that Michael and Lincoln were brothers then they put an ad right after so that you will wait to see what happens after the ad break finishes, like when Michael reveals his full body tattoo of the prison to his brother and Lincoln says “you’ve seen the blueprints”. Michael saids “even better” then Lincoln looks close and you see the prison inside his tattoo it fades to black that hooked a lot of people into the show because of that massive cliffhanger at the end. The tattoo design in that show is really interesting in that it looks like a normal tattoo to everyone, but not to Michael for him it is a map of the prison and he uses it in the show as well some parts are codes on his body that Michael only knows about and uses them well throughout the
