MOBAs (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) are very popular with kids these days, but there is this one game named League of Legends which is highly developed and challenges the mind into thinking and strategizing carefully. This game was originally developed and published by Riot Games for Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X. League of Legends also has 118 champions and still increasing, each champ has a different set of skills, different play styles, and different difficulties which make them all unique in their own way. Also this game is international featured in Australia, the United States, Canada, Europe, Philippines and South Korea, etc... This MOBA is free to play and makes is highly enjoyable the only down part is to buy skins you will have to pay money to get RP points which are used to buy them. There are also tournaments where the best teams in the world fight it out to see who deserves to be the best team in the world or to be the best team in there region.
RIOT was co founded by Brandon Berk and Mark Merril. What they did was they used the original DotA (Defense of the Ancients) as a base and Guinsoo made Dota- Allstars by inserting new champs, various new play styles and numerous items. Then later on a couple of DotA members thought it was so fun and innovative that it deserved to have its own name and then that’s when it was named League of Legends. In March 2013 it released a beta service of an OS X client in addition to their Windows client. RIOT Games currently has over 1,000 people working on League of Legends.

Showdown is played either one versus one or two versus two on Howling Abyss. Hexakill is the third limited time game mode. Taking place on Summoners Rift, each team has six players instead of the typical five. Ultra Rapid Fire mode was introduced on April 1, 2014 as the fourth limited time game mode. It is a Classic Draft game, except that all champions have their movement speed increased and gain gold quicker, abilities do not cost any mana or energy to use and have 80% faster cooldowns, ranged attacks deliver 25% more damage on critical hits, among other changes. Several champions are unavailable in this mode.
