In the 21st century the pit bull has a bad reputation because of what they used to do and what some of them still do. But some believe if they have an owner that is good and that cares the dog with be a nice dog, but if you have an owner that is a bad owner and that beats the dog or fights the dog yes that dog is gonna have some fight in him because that's all it knows. So pitbulls should not have a bad reputation because of what the owner does to them pit bulls should be equal in the dog world. Pitbulls were made to fight, but that does not mean they have to fight. From the time they were created to now people make it seem like they are just a violent killing dog and there not. It’s what get portrayed on the news and social media what makes them seem like a bad dog, but they won’t show the pit bulls that will protect the house or even be a comfort dog for people that have been in war. The people who train the dogs to be agrssive and compative are most likey doing it for profit from the dog. Or the dogs become that way if the dog is living in proverty.
