Causes of Having Plastic surgery Love of beauty is human nature. In the past, the pursuit of beauty may only depend on makeup, clothes and hairstyle, etc. However, in the wake of the ubiquitous plastic surgery, more and more Asians are accepting the cosmetic surgery, especially the Korean women. Nowadays, the attitude of receiving plastic surgery is more open than the past. There are three main causes of having cosmetic surgery, including the competition in the business world, social influences and attractiveness. The keen competition in the business world is a prevalent cause for Asians to consider plastic surgery. In these days, Asian women regard cosmetic surgery as an investment because it will help them to get a good job. Zhang Bi Chen, the champion of the third season competition of ‘The Voice of China’, revealed that she was requested by Haeun Entertainment to undergo plastic surgery before debut in the interview of ‘Sina’. Korea emphasizes on the importance of beauty as the examples shown above. The main reason of cosmetic surgery is that people are feeling an intense social pressure to look younger. People need to learn to have confidence in themselves and be content with the appearances which they have. A beautiful face is one that has a look of serenity, intelligence, generosity and graciousness. The results of plastic surgery are only temporary and have potential danger. By contrast, natural beauty is much longer-lasting and much more pleasing. The last but not the least is internal beauty is more important than external beauty.
