You probably already know that eating nutritious food and exercising on a regular basis are important to developing good wellbeing. But take note that these aren't the only things you have to do. To stay away from illnesses and improve your physical and psychological wellness, you also have to ensure you're not making mistakes that can jeopardise your wellbeing. Some of these blunders include: Sticking to bad habits No matter how often you exercise or how many fruits you eat, it would still be useless if you continue to smoke like a chimney and/or drink like a fish.
