If a rider gets sick in your vehicle, do not clean it up first, but finish the ride. Pull over somewhere safe. Turn off driver mode. Then take several photos of the mess before you clean it up. You will need these photos to show Uber what happened, so that they can reimburse you for the cleanup fee. If you clean it up first, Uber won’t be able to see as much damage.
