Exercising is good, fun, and interesting. We need to exercise at least three times a week to improve our metabolic system, reduce cardiorespiratory diseases, relieves stress, build muscles, loss weight, improve appetite, mental health, and aid longevity. Exercising can also lead to a healthy lifestyle, low tension, brain enhancement, and stability of the body temperature and heat. It helps improve self-esteem and confidence; reduces depression, anxiety, and insomnia also. In fact, it helps reduce sedentary lifestyles, increase oxygen intake by the lungs which aids proper circulating of blood in the body. Active lifestyle is very important and effective to everyone and should be considered has part of our daily activities. Heart diseases and cancer is the majority of all deaths in the U.S and can only be prevented if a person change from negative lifestyle and behavior, abstain from smoking, alcohol, do more physical activity, adhere well balanced diet, and sleep well. Most Americans eat unhealthy diet either because it looks good them or cheaper. The amount of food and calories we eat account to what happens in and outside our body. For instance, most people prefer soda instead of water which is mainly sugar and Carbon(iv)oxide which can 't perform a water duty in the body system instead it will add more sugar to the blood, promote diabetes and other health diseases. We need to healthy diet: 40-60% Carbohydrate, 10-35% protein, 20-30% fat, 6-8 cup of water per day will helps build, maintain, and freshen up our body making us look healthier and happier. Healthy diet should be considered and eaten by everyone to live healthier and less health
