The reason I want to become staff is because I'm very active on the server and I think it would be great to stop all these sorts of bullies that come around at certain times. Overall I just want to help out the server pretty much being on all day and off all night. It just breaks my heart looking at hateful messages people throw at people it's just messy and immature if I'm honest with you. I think it would be great to have more of a active staff member on the team to help out throughout the day and such. I would also like to help out players if they need any questions of some sort as I'm a very good listener even though my name does get spammed quite a lot in chat, I would eventually get to you. One of these reason's is that I love helping people and the server out. When I can make someone happy, it's not only making them happy, but me as well. Helping just comes natural to me and I don't really know why. I've been like that as a kid too. I wouldn't say I'm a brainiac in school but I excel in my classes. But when someone needs tutoring or help, I'm always the first one to say "I will." And the same applies for Minecraft. Another reason why I decided to apply today is because, I love Faithful's community and server as a whole. MaverickYT introduced me to this great and supporting community. You know some HCF server's, people can be not as nice as they could be. And people on this server, think differently. I don't know what makes the people on here above any other server. My last and final reason is that, the community is starting to become toxic. It's not completely toxic, I'm just saying it's starting to get there. Even though there are some really nice and giving people on Faithful, there is always a bad part to all things. And I really want to fix this. Me being able to help out and try to bring positivity to the server, is what I've been trying to do forever. And me being a staff member can maybe get my word out there. Why should you be chosen as a staff member? I want to help the server out I believe I could stop hackers from ruining the community and I believe I could stop people from being toxic in chat and also make it a place which people could enjoy the server and enjoy playing hcf and stay on the server also I'm very good at Screensharing people so if there hacking I could find some hacks in there .minecraft even if they deleted it. I would also record every single hacker I find and put it on my youtube channel for people to see that the person was hacking, I would also record the Screenshare so if a staff wanted to see that he had some hacks in his .minecraft I could show them some proof of he/she having hacks in her folder. I also want to make the server a none toxic place so when someone joins they will stay and not leave because either a hacker has killed them or someone was being toxic to them i would look and reply to everyone's questions in chat if they need help and i will be active all the time i will respect everyone who plays on the server even if someone disrespects me i wouldn't disrespect them back i would always stay calm when dealing with these sort of situations, because two wrongs doesn't make a right i believe being a staff you have to respect everyone that plays on the server and make them enjoy there stay on the server and also doing your job

I want to be a staff member because I feel like I can help a lot in the community and keep the chat clean of racism, spamming, Death Threats, ect. I also want to be staff to make all of the Arson community have a great experience on the server. I don't just want to be staff to abuse my perms or brag or be rude to any of the players or think that I'm higher in the world to them. Also, as me being staff I'm not going to play around and not do my job as a staff member I will actually help players in the community with their problems such as there being a hacker or them getting stuck in a block I really enjoy this server and I want to put my time and effort into it, Doing that will get me more into the game again and not get bored of the game.
I have been staff on lots of servers that had forums I have had lots of experience because of this. Basically every server I have been staff on has had forums I know almost everything you can do on the forums. Hard-Working I try to give 100% everyday to help out people in the community. If I am to get staff on here it doesn't mean I will work even harder because I still even without the rank try to help out the people in the community. I have worked hard on every server I have been staff on because I enjoy knowing that I helped someone out and that I am working harder every day to improve the server and the community.
I want to become staff because of my attitude in-game. I'm generally a positive person and being a staff member would spread my positivity and encourage others to be positive. All these hackers hacking in-game, ruining other people's gameplay and me just sitting on the side and doing nothing is a problem and I'd like to fix that. I would like to be a link crew leader,because I like to get involved and help others. In the summer I have volunteered at a Gurmat Camp where I worked with young children, teaching them how to read and write punjabi. I am a person who is kind, energetic and passionate about learning and experiencing new things. I believe i will be an amazing staff member. A lot of staff members are inactive on insane prison (AU times) and i dont blame them. Even i wont like playing on Insane Prison at 5 in the morning just to help people and stop hackers. If i get accepted in being a staff member i will be very happy and be privileged to being a staff member on my favorite minecraft server. I have realized some staff members dont reply to most of peoples questions.
