Growing up in a home with three older brothers, I saw them follow in my father’s footsteps. They were often involved with the criminal justice system, but for all the wrong reasons. As I grew up I learned that people have choices in life and one of those choices is becoming a law-abiding citizen or a criminal.
I was always fascinated with the authority of justice and the relief it brought to the victims. I looked up to the police officers and lawyers. As I grew up I kept that in mind and I focused in school. Later in high school I actively enrolled in a civil law course offered.
