On March 16, 2016, I interviewed Santi Wong. I went to the JP Morgan Corp, which is located at 270 Park Avenue New York City. She kindly gave me about thirty minutes for my interview. Santi is a very warm hearted and talkative person. She is really willing to help others. She is a banker who has been working at JP Morgan for a long time. The building of JP Morgan is a big structure. There were a lot of people walking in and out the building. People all seemed very busy on doing their business. Also, the security system of JP Morgan is very good. All the people need to swipe their card before they enter the building. The guests need to get a guest card and swipe it before they enter. During the interview, she answered all the questions that I have brought up to her, which let me know …show more content…
She said reading is very important. Reading newspapers will allow people to have a broader view, so that people can use the things they learned to talk to their clients. At the same time, people can get to know what happened in this world, which can help them do their work better. Also I asked her could she introduce other people in the same career field to me. She told me that I need to have a clear mind. She asked me to think three questions before I meet those people. The first one is that why do you want to meet. Next one is what do you want to learn from them. The last question is who you want to meet. If I am clear with all the answers of these questions, she will definitely help me to find someone that match my …show more content…
I knew more about JP Morgan and a banker’s life. It is not easy to be a banker, because it needs a long working time. However, if people like their job, they will not feel tired. In the future, I will keep in touch with Santi. She said she can help me out whenever I needed. I am very happy that I can make a lifelong
I was tired and unenthusiastic due to a difficult day at work. During the session, I began assimilating to her excitement and ideas. After the session, I felt like we had really bonded and I had become vested in her future. I felt willing to do anything ethical and within my power in order to help her achieve her idea future and self.

As an administrative of a thrift institution, if I was faced with an intense seasonal demand for loans I would sit down to formulate monetary deal with the Federal Reserve Bank. The Federal Reserve Bank has the duty of enlisting banks that meet standards relating to their economic position, governance, and skill to carry on sales in a smooth conduct. The loan amount you can receive depends on your financial need. A significant element of the Federal Reserve Bank is to provide financial services to lender at times when external funds are needed (EFN), or additional funds are needed (AFN). For loans between lenders, recording, and signing a promissory note are often profitable for tax, record keeping, and etc,. Promissory notes lie somewhere

I am an undocumented student at UC Davis. When I am asked a simple question such as, "describe your personal experiences", I ask myself: Where do I begin?
For that, I interviewed my boss, Karen. I see her almost every work day but there were still many things I wanted to ask her about. I knew that she had been married to a man before she met her wife, and that she still had his last name even after separating and remarrying. I also knew that her father was a Methodist minister and performed her marriage ceremony back when he could’ve gotten in a lot of hot water for doing so. I knew that she was adopted, too. But the rest of her life, the in-between moments, were still a mystery to me. So, I really enjoyed that interview. As you can tell from the transcription, we laughed a lot and got along well. I think she felt comfortable and she told me later that she had enjoyed talking with me. I also came more prepared and with more questions. It was hard to do my initial research on my student interviewee because there wasn’t a lot of prior information that I could find about her. With Karen, I not only had my own prior information, but she is also easily found on the internet. A lot of that has to do with her age and the businesses she has been involved
Regina was the daughter of my life long best friend and he approved of the interview, however he was not present during the interview. The Interview took place on February 10 at about 5:00 pm it lasted approximately two hour with small breaks in between. The weather was cool and the sun had started to set as we started.
As the interview came to a close, the resident remained comfortable and seemed to be open to yet more questions. I feel that the interview was a success not only for myself but for her as well. She learned a few simple safety tips and most of all, enjoyed the company.
I sent an email to my mentor asking questions about her career and this is the
The interviewee and I both felt very comfortable, I didn’t sense much distress until I got to the controversial topics, which is great. Both parties should be comfortable when it comes to an interview. Also, although I did wait long periods before talking sometimes and I also cut her off once, I do feel like I did get a decent amount of information from her. I also asked open-ended questions too. I actually didn’t ask any leading questions in this interview which is why I got such lengthy answers from her but I did compound some questions which I wouldn 't do next time because the trend seems to be that she would respond to the last question I asked instead of acknowledging everything I said. Another thing I feel that I did well was listening. I did not talk very much, she did the talking for about ¾ of the interview which is
I meet Mrs. Kalpana Srikaanth, A Chief Happiness Advisor at Panchrathna Gems, while I was suffering from emotional setback and faced frustration, depression, and huge financial crisis. I completely lost hope from my life and thought of ending my life for once. But, I would say it was a ray of hope that made me watch Mrs. Kalpana Srikaanth’s TV show on gems and astrology. I decided to meet her and followed every detail. As time passed by difference was felt. My husband’s business started to grow, financial crisis started to stabilize and we were all happy in the end. At present, we are a happy family with strong financial background and we also help people in need.
I’m glad my first impression for the interviewer was a good one. This also increased my motivation.
